Toltec Insights with Dr. Susan Gregg

I never cease to be amazed by this magical place called physical reality. I am currently on a cruise ship. IONS is sponsoring a Cruise of Consciousness so there are 300 people on a spiritual adventure and then the rest of the boat on a cruise where most people seem to be eating and drinking as much as they can.

When I was a student Miguel often suggested I go and watch people energetically, without judging them. It was easy to watch and took practice to observe without judging them or making up a story about who they were. People watching here could be a full time occupation.

As I sit here on the deck there are families, an older woman in a wheel chair, young singles, fat people, thin people, drunk people, happy people, sick people, happy children and unhappy children. We are all in the same place yet so many different experiences.

I am sure some of them have noticed this woman sitting in the shade working on her computer and have an opinion about that. I love life and love this time/space continuum where we can create anything we want when we want it.

In the midst of the chaos I am certainly enjoying the ocean breeze, the gentle rocking of the boat and the freedom to do whatever I want with the day. So as I finish this post, I send you the reader the energy of freedom and joy.

In each moment we have at our disposal unmanifested energy of creation and we are the sculptors of our reality. What are you going to do with the energy of the rest of your day, your week, your life? We mold that energy thought by thought. What is it you want to create?

You can do anything with this moment, once you acknowledge you can do anything with this moment. The only limitations that exist are the ones we impose upon ourselves.

Take a deep breath and enjoy the gift of this moment!

Georgia and I just put the finishing touches on this retreat. All the photos on this post are her’s (Raw Elements Photography). Even though we live in a limitless world I have decided to  limit the size of this group, so if you want to experience the magic and wonder of this spiritual journey let me know ASAP by sending me an e mail at susan@susangregg.com.

We’ll be staying at a wonderful B&B in Sedona. We’ll meet on June 6th, get settled, come together as a group, eat a sumptuous meal and then do a powerful ceremony of surrender and release under the stars. The next morning we will journey to Canyon de Chelly where will spend the next two nights camping and exploring the canyon.

We will do a full moon ceremony and spend time with a Navajo medicine person doing ceremony and becoming familiar with the culture. The power of the canyon, the magic of the night and the ceremonies in itself will be transformative.

We will then return to Sedona where we will spend the next four nights. We will work with the power of the vortexes, beauty and wonder of Sedona. There will be classes each day, ceremonies, meditations, hikes, wonderful meals and time for quiet reflection. By the end of the week you will have experienced a profound and lasting shift of consciousness. You will be able to re-enter your life with a new perspective and the ability to create heaven on earth.

Included in the price is lodging, 7 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 5 dinners. We will provide tents, you will need to bring a sleeping bag (or rent one). Transportation from Sky Harbor Airport to Sedona is not included. We will organize car pooling with the assumption that a number of people will rent cars. There is a carpooling allowance included in the price to compensate the drivers.

You will need to bring a willingness, curiosity and an at least partially open heart I’ll provide the rest of the magic. The cost with lodging is $1475 and without the cost is $975.
