My husband went to donate blood again. He's a regular donor. I failed to be a blood donor..... again. I'm anaemic.

15 units of blood are used in Singapore every hour of the day. At least 350 units a day are needed, as a whopping 90,000 units are needed in a year..... just to meet the transfusion needs of patients in Singapore.

During festive seasons like Christmas and Chinese New Year, the blood supply at the Blood Bank will run low.

Your blood will be used for patients who are undergoing cancer treatment, major surgeries, medical emergencies and road traffic accidents.

With each donation your blood can save 3 people.

You can donate blood every 3 months.

In appreciation of your generosity, the Red Cross will present you with a pin of your blood type.

My fractured bones will heal. I have been drinking this very very horrible Chinese herbal concoction daily since my return from China. I hope I don't have to go through surgery.

I'm amazed that I could win the Brand's Blogger Challenge despite the excruciating pain I had then. It's amazing I could tolerate so much pain this whole month while I persist on maintaining my normal lifestyle. Yeah, I'm sick!

Nobody noticed. I hope to win an Oscar. hehehe.......
