It's Better Late Than Never

Posted on January 7, 2009 by Hye

Happy New Year everyone!!!

My greetings might be 7 days late, but as the saying goes "It's better late than never", here I am greeting all of you a blessed and joyous New Year.

How's your first day of the year 2009, by the way? Got your New Year's resolution already?

I just got home from my "8-day vacation" early this morning. I still feel jetlag but the three-hour sleep earlier today helped a lot to make me feel better. Thus, I was able to make this post.

So what did I miss with my 8-day-out-of-blogging vacation? A lot, I guess. But I think it's not yet too late for me to start around.

How's my vacation? It was tiring and extravagant, but fun and stress free. I hope this year, I will be able to post frequently here. To those who dropped by their greetings last Christmas and New Year, thanks a lot.

Have fun...

Playing Video Games Kills My Free Time

Posted on December 11, 2008 by Hye

Two months ago, I bought a Sony Playstation Portable for myself. I was so excited that I play with it almost everyday. Without me noticing, I am quite addicted with this gadget. Playing with my PSP really kills my free time - that's the reason I don't regularly blog here. Sorry to my avid readers.

I love playing PSP video games especially the Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, which is in my opinion is a very strategic game. Honestly, I am not a big fan of thieves and stealing cars, but I really like the idea of the game. It helps me improve my strategic skills that I can apply in my everyday life - except the stealing thing of course.

You might be wondering how playing this video game helps me in my life. Simple. By learning the strategies on how to solve each mission at a given time limit, I can apply it on my work on how to make it easier and faster.

I am almost complete playing GTA, and thinking of playing another PSP game, perhaps The Lord of the Rings: Tactics or X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse. Don't worry because I will still spare an hour of my time to blog here.

New Blog Template For Motivation

Posted on December 9, 2008 by Hye

I just changed my previous Blogger template to a new theme hoping I gain some motivation to post regularly on this blog. It's been days since I last post an article on this blog and I admit I miss my frequent readers and commentators.

Recently, I've been busy doing some online stuffs and it really killed my time. I just bought a .com domain and subscribed to Dreamhost hosting services. I will be busy for the next few months as I will study more about Wordpress and self-hosting.

But, that doesn't mean I will set aside posting to Space of Reality blog. I will try to update at least once a week and hoping my fellow blogging friends will drop by.

That's it for now. Advance Merry Xmas to everyone. Anybody bought my gift already? Just kidding.

Watch Football Games In The Internet Using Your Computer

Posted on November 29, 2008 by Hye

Do you love watching football games live during the weekend? I am sure most football followers do. Watching football is a good way to hang out, ease stress, and bond with family.

However, not everyone has extra money they can spend to buy football tickets. Thus, some football fanatics resort to looking for ways on how to watch football games in the Internet, especially the National Football League (NFL ) is currently being held.

If you are currently looking for websites that offer video streaming of football videos, this is a good news for you. Just recently Carlsberg Brewery launched a football web-TV called Partofthegame.tv that showcases 5 channels showing all aspects about football from the classic football matches to life as a fan.

Gift Ideas For The Christmas Season

Posted on by Hye

It's only a couple of weeks to go before the Christmas season, which is the time of sharing love and giving gifts. In as early as now, I am looking for gift ideas for my family - maybe new clothing for my parents, new toys for my little sisters and an electronic gadget for my brother.

Since my brother is a certified music-lover, I am considering of giving him an iPod. I was looking in the Internet for the price list of this gadget and I was a bit shocked knowing its price is expensive. However, instead of settling down to a cheaper gift, I am decided to give him an iPod, not minding the price. Christmas only comes once in a year, so any gift is priceless, right? It's the thought that counts.

So my only choice is to look for websites offering cheaper prices. I was grateful I found SaveBucket.com, an online price comparison site that compares prices of ipods and other electronic gadgets. The site is very helpful to buyers like me who want to find the best prices for a product they are looking for.

So if you want to buy something as a gift for your loved ones, better compare their prices so you'll know who offers the cheapest and most expensive products... and you can do it at SaveBucket.com.

By the way, I might buy an iPod Touch this Christmas as a gift for myself.
