One of my goals this year is to go back to regular weight! I’m now 10lbs bigger than my original weight so it’s really a must that I should take off this weight gain. It’s still my post preggy fats though. But I am hoping this year will be a good year for everything I want and need for my family and myself;) Saw this in ehow and thought it’s helpful for my diet!
-Be steadfast in your decision to lose weight. It maybe a health issue, a personal reason or you don’t like the way you look in the mirror, but recognize it is your decision. And like with any decision take responsibility for all it brings (which will be good things - trust me.)
-Let your friends and family know you are making this weight decision and ask them for assistance. Now you may be wondering what you are asking for? You will need their support, kindness and above all refrain to bring in plates of cookies or going to unhealthy restaurants. If they know you are making a change, they will happily accommodate, all you need to do is ask.
-Start moving more to get the body going. It maybe a flight of stairs, or a walk before work, but all of those actions add up. If you feel an exercise routine is necessary, then start small and work your way up.
-Be realistic on how you are going to lose weight and change your life is making. Look for resources that will help you make it happen. If you want to lose a lot of weight then read up on how your body works and what you can do to make it happen. Contact a dietitian to help you or involve your physician.
Have a great year of dieting!

With the economic turn down/crisis this past months, the husband and I are very skeptical with the trading game! but he says, there’s always hope in everything. Read a few lines about this stock options trading and thought it’s very helpful to those who are into Stocks and trading! I am also learning how to trade and it’s a good thing if I know since the stocks hubby bought a decade ago is getting stronger. Not big but helps a lot for our annual earnings. although during the current economy slowdown, it’s been in a roller coaster! Hopefully though it will be better! This site helps you understand some information on how to trade wisely and properly. You can find, compare and analyze the important options you have. I am still not sure if I really want to learn. But with all this information I might as well check out!

After posting with my diet files and saw this photo of the Champorado I made last month, I think I might just indulge with sweets a little more! hahaha Seriously, it’s getting really cold and I want to sit down in the terrace for a bit and finish the book I am reading. And this Champorado would be a great thing to munch on:)

Here’s how to make one!
Tablea boiled in 1/2 cup water (melted) but I used the Cocoa Van Hauten that I bought from Costco
1 cup rice
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar
Procedure:
1. Cook rice.
2. Stir constantly.
3. When rice is a bit transparent , add the melted tablea or the Cocoa and sugar.
4. Cook until rice is tender. Adjust sugar to taste. If rice mixture is too dry, add a little more water. I prefer my champorado to be a bit soupy.
5. Serve in a bowl and place swirls of evaporated milk on top just like in the picture I took.
Enjoy;)

Since New Year just started, I am going to be starting my diet files myself. It has been over a year and still the flabs or the so called post preggy fats are still here. I asked the husband to accompany me at the gym just a few walks at the house and he would just tell me he’s busy! We paid a hefty yearly membership in that gym class and yet we aren’t using that one anymore! If you read my blog regularly you’ll know how I wanted to go back to my old weight right before I got preggy with my second child. But getting back has been the hardest thing to do! So, I was thinking that this diet pills will be helpful! I’ve read a few reviews a few times already at this site and it seems fine. Never heard any bad thing about it as well. I’m not still sure if I am getting one but I am curious! For now though, it helps a lot to just eat proper meals that aren’t too fatty and stay away from dining out. Plus of course exercising from home. My treadmill is always happy to see me working out :D The husband and I have a resolution too, to dine out only weekends. We’ll see about that;)

Anyone? They’re huge! Japanese crabs are really huge as you can see..it’s only their legs! My little boy would joked and say ,they’re family of aliens! Ewww! haha
Have a great week ahead!

For the longest time, I can’t remember when was the last time I love noodles in a pack! I meant like this! I have never like anything like this before. The picky me has this feeling it will just ruin my appetite. But I am so wrong! The husband bought one in the 7-eleven next door a few nights ago. He let me tried it but I refused a millionth times! haha So one night when my stomach was grumbling, he told me to just make a sip of the soup! And oh my effing gawd! haha Why did I not tried it earlier??? It’s yummy and I love it because it’s spicy and the small packs of spices smells good too! So now, we have a few packs ready for me to put a hot water anytime I want to! Any takers out there? hehe

Anyway, I need to check on this Gucci watches because they are having a great sale! might as well just bookmarked the site because I am not shopping yet!
