Rather than using the old "there are two types of people in this world" adage, I prefer to think that most everything that differentiates us can be graphed as a spectrum. Most of us sit somewhere in the middle of all available possibilities but those who dwell near the end points are those worth giving a second look.

At one end of this particular spectrum are those who's mantra centers around the concept that the longer an empty toilet paper tube remains on the holder, the better chance of Satan dropping by for an "Ernest Goes to..." movie marathon. An exhausted roll must be immediately replaced by a fresh one before any other thoughts or actions can be entertained. Leaving the bathroom without replacing an expired roll is a crime punishable by unearthly hordes of winged scorpions. ... Continued
