Artfire...A new place to sell

I was just reading about the sign ups & memberships on Artfire.
If you are thinking of signing up...your time is running out for this special offer. Please, don't forget the refer a friend link!

Here is the following from their website:

When 10 people sign up at the US $7.00 level who came to us with you username as the reference,
we'll convert your verified membership to FREE for LIFE.
ArtFire.com Referral Rules:

1. The 10 people have to be real signups – if all 10 quit next month (or in three months) , we'll wonder about that.
2. We are only running this until 12/31/2008. As of 2009 it's over.
3. The signups will be permanently recorded. However, this period won't count towards any future promotions we run (For example the scooter promo will be a different time period and likely a higher membership rate).
4. Each of the people who sign up will also get this offer in their My Artfire until 2009.
5. Our reporting captures only those signups that actually have your username in the referral box, that's why using the link is a good idea.
6. Signups prior to this link are not eligible. Everybody starts at 0 signups as of 11/24/08.
7. They must sign up as a paid verified member for the referral to count as a point.

I do have a few questions that I will be trying to find the answers to:

When do we see our referrals?
I want to give credit and do something special for those whosigned up through me.

How many months will it take for the shop to be counted as a real shop? More than 3 months?
I signed up for a verified account, I want my customers to know that I joined as a "real shop".

10 signups between 11/24/08 to 12/31/08?

(From the Artfire Forum) So, after talking with John about our goals as a site and the growth we want to start 2009 with, he has agreed to extend the free ride until all 5,000 US $7.00 accounts are gone. So, we are shifting the deadline from the end of the year to until those 5,000 accounts are snapped up.
