There are many products on the market which say that they health benefits. One thing that I have heard quite a lot about fairly recently is colonic irrigation. I can understand how this might help in losing some weight and making you feel fresh and clean inside as it removes everything that could potentially be blocking you up. However, the whole process is rather daunting to me and I would not really like to go through that procedure. However there are now a selection of colon cleanse products on the market. This means that you can undergo this detoxification process at home without having to go through the embarrassment and expense of a colonic irrigation treatment. One of the products you can use is something called oxy powder which is a seven day treatment that releases the oxygen in your intestines which liquefies the contents of your colon. There are a selection of similar products too which all have a similar effect but use different ingredients and methods to achieve it, some even have natural ingredients. If this is something that you would like to know more about then this list of
resources should be able to give you the information that you need.

Going Down Again!
I weigh 9 stone 11.2 pounds this morning and my husband weighs 15 stone 6.8 pounds. I was initially a bit disappointed as I had hoped to lose more, but after thinking about it 1.2 pounds is pretty good! I will have to be good all this week to feel good for the party on Saturday. My husband was disappointed too but he did no exercise yesterday, got very little sleep and munched a few times!

Weight Gain Again
It was not a good day yesterday. My husbands weight is up to 15 stone 10 which was a massive shockk to him and mine was up to 9 stone 12.4. We walked a little bit but ate a lot of food. I was not feeling well, which is why I think I managed not to put that much weight on. I need to work hard this week with the Christmas party on Saturday. I want to be 9 stone 9 by then so I will have to work hard. Although I tried on my dress this morning and it looked good, but I have to remember that it is the evening so I am likely to have a more bloaty belly by then! I will have to watch what I eat on that day!

Weights
After being given a free lunch at work my husband went up to 15 stone 5.2 pounds. I didn't manage to exercise again because I was very busy all day. By the evening I was not feeling too well, but got up to date with my work so should be able to easily fit in exercise today. My weight went down to 9 stone 10.8 pounds which I was pleased with.
