Sunday Gospel
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Mark 13,33-37.
Be watchful! Be alert! You do not know when the time will come.
It is like a man traveling abroad. He leaves home and places his servants in charge, each with his work, and orders the gatekeeper to be on the watch.
Watch, therefore; you do not know when the lord of the house is coming, whether in the evening, or at midnight, or at cockcrow, or in the morning.
May he not come suddenly and find you sleeping.
What I say to you, I say to all: ‘Watch!’”

Brent Chua: Asian Male Supermodel
… and yes, he’s Pinoy.

Goodness gracious, ladies and geishas chillax. We have a hot one here. He is Brent Chua, a Filipino Chinese supermodel represented by Ford Models, no less. Well, well, well.
Now, our guy’s based in New York to conquer the world — having “strutted” on the runways of Asia and Europe — and that includes Milan, Paris, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, and Singapore where he won the uber prestigious Male Model of the Year (Singapore Fashion Awards).

To date, Brent has appeared in numerous campaigns like Benetton, Bang and Olufsen, TIGI Bedhead, Motorola and the catwalks of Versace, Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto, Gucci, Boss, among others. His latest is a billboard for Macy’s, which you girlettes could see in New York, and in some parts of the world. Coolness!
The hotness that is Brent.
You may stop drooling now…

Ramiele Malubay in Manila

Cutie Pinay American Idol finalist Ramiele Malubay is set to arrive in Manila this December for a two-night concert with Ogie Alcasid.
The concert, which will be held at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City on December 20 and 21 will also feature the Pinoy Idol singers, as well as indie rock outfit, Menaya. In an interview, Ogie said something like he wanted this concert cause he want something to happen to the Pinoy Idols, and not be left out… or not be moving companies, moving from one network to another (italicized, my personal guess)… and I think that’s sweet and selfless of Ogie.
Get your tickets! P10,000-worth tickets are said to be already sold out… so better get the P3000, P2400, P1400, and P650 ones. You may also call Ticketworld at 891-9999 or Ticketnet at 911-5555 or TheUnderGround Studio at 376-2732.
Pinoy Idol meets American Idol!
