My goodness! It's been over a month since the last time I posted here. I just can't keep up with two blogs. This might be my last post here. I will be giving this blog to my sister. Although she is not familiar with blogging, but I'm sure that won't be a problem. I started that way, too. She is pastoring a church with her husband in the Philippines. This will be a good way for her to write and share her thoughts and experiences. I hope you will still visit here. That would be a good encouragement for her to see that she's got readers. I'm sure she will pay you a visit back.

Things To Say To Your Spouse
I would like to share this, which I have read from a book. I contacted the author and asked for permission to publish it in my blog. Thankfully, I got the go signal. Thanks Dr. Steve!
You will also find my post "Things Not To Say To Your Spouse" in my previous post.

"I love you"
"Pray for me"
"I was wrong"
"I'm praying for you today"
"Good job!"
"As always, you look good today"
"What would you like?"
"Thank you for loving me"
"You are wonderful"
"I trust you"
"What is on your mind?"
"I can always count on you"
"That was really great"
"Thank you for accepting me"
"Let me just listen"
"You made me feel good"
"You are so special"
"You make every day brighter"
"I missed you today"
"I prize every moment we spend together"
"What can i do to help?"
"I'm sorry"
"I couldn't get you off my mind today"
"I love to see your eyes sparkle when you smile"
"I appreciate all the things you've done for me all these years"
My TSH and Calcium Levels
I just got some good news from my endocrinologist today about the results of my recent blood tests. After my complete thyroidectomy, I went through a series of blood work to test my TSH and calcium. For a while, I was taking 3000 mg of calcium a day. Then it was lowered to 2,700. After some more testings, it was again reduced to 900 mg. They did another test last Friday and the result indicated that my calcium was normal. My doctor believed that my parathyroids are now working correctly. With regard to my TSH, it is also normal at 1.98. The preference for me is to keep my levels between 0.35 and 3.0. This means I am taking the correct dosage of the thyroid hormone supplements. I will be undergoing more tests in about 6 weeks. Thank God that everything is working back to normal now after that surgery.

That's My Girl!
"Papa, help . . . I can't get out of here!" I bet that was what this little girl was saying when she got trapped in this exersaucer. Mahalia is so active and always on the go now. I can tell she is a go-getter with a little blend of dare devilist. She is very sweet though. She like kisses and loves to cuddle with me or Papa. Lately, she's been talking up a storm in her own language. Sometimes, we can make out what she is saying, but most of the time, we have no clue. What a joy and a blessing she is!

"I told you so"
"You're such a baby"
"I can do whatever I like"
"I can't do anything to please you"
"You're just like you mother"
"Turnabouts fair play"
"If you don't like it, you can just leave"
"You get what you deserve"
"You're always in a bad mood"
"Why don't you ever listen to me?"
"Can't you do anything right?"
"What's your problem?"
"You just don't think"
"Can't you be more responsible?"
"It's your fault"
"What were you thinking?"
"All you ever do is think of yourself"
"Do you always have to be right?"
"What's wrong with you?"
"You're impossible"
"If you really loved me, you'd do this"
"I don't know why i put up with you"
"All you ever do is complain"
"You deserve a dose of your own medicine"
