Taking into account Batang Yagit in the previous year

January 1, 2009 | Filed under: Blog

Batang YagitHere comes again the time of the year wherein we have to assess our failures and accomplishments in the previous year. We also need to thank the people who helped us achieve those accomplishments and stayed with us during those times of failure.

As for Batang Yagit, the 2008 has been a very fulfilling year for me. A lot of things happened to me both on my life as Batang Yagit and on my life as an ordinary person. It’s also notable that there are more accomplishments than failures for me this year.

Zip Line and Photography at Camp Sabros

December 24, 2008 | Filed under: Davao

Aside from shopping and wrapping gifts, do you know of any good activity to do during the holidays? I know one. Yesterday, my photography hobbyist friends and I went to Camp Sabros in Kapatagan, Digos, Davao del Sur.  We figured out that the place can make a good spot to take pictures since it’s situated at the foot of the country’s highest peak, the Mt. Apo.  Aside from being a good spot for photography, Camp Sabros also has the country’s longest zip line. For a few hundreds, you’ll get to try their 400-meter zip course which crosses the pine forest on the foot of Mt. Apo.

Shake Mo! Blog Mo! Bloggers Event

December 21, 2008 | Filed under: Events

Last December 10, several bloggers were invited for TV5’s Shake Mo! Blog Mo! Bloggers event at Chili’s in Greenbelt 1.  I went to the event with Mica since her office is a few buildings away from ours.  We received the invitation from Myk, whom I first met at the TMX event in Batangas.

TV5, which is formerly known as ABC5, showed us some of their new programs for season 2. Though I don’t watch TV much, I was impressed by the quality of their shows.  TV5 is seen to be an aggressive network in terms of formulating concepts for the Philippine Market.  This can be proved after TV5, after they started only a couple of months ago, garnered the third spot in the Philippine prime time’s audience share.

Yep, that’s right. We are looking for geniuses like you. If you think you got the brains of a genius, I challenge you to take the MENSA IQ Challenge. Why? Because I did.  I’ve been longing to know what my IQ is but I never had the opportunity to take an exam.
