During the holiday vacation where kids don’t have school and hubby is on leave, it struck on my mind to have a coffee franchises in the Philippines. I heard that coffee business is really booming there. I am still thinking the best coffee shop to franchise with. Hopefully, the right people to fill up on those positions. Oh, it’s good to dream to have a business on your own so you’ll just sit down and relax waiting for your income.

Most of us, the idea of turbo engine is often associated with motor sport racing. But don’t be surprise to hear that it’s not just for the professional racing circuit. You’ve probably heard of people customizing their cars to a point that they’re cars become unique works.
Turbocharging a car is a customization, and it is probably one of the most common things to do to a powerful car. Tinting, alloy wheels, spoilers, and side skirts are just a few of the common customizations to a car.

I always get worked up with things around the home. It always leads me to have ideas about home design. Well, they’re usually design ideas for my home. So what are these ideas, you may ask? It’s simple really. I’ve just got ideas or things that I want to see in a certain part of my home.
Take the kitchen for example. My hubby always does the cooking, and I often wonder if he would be any better with center counter top. That would ideally space for him to cook in.   The other rooms that I have ideas about are my kids’ bedroom, and our bathroom.  For my kids’ room, I would like to see a double bunk bed.  This would be ideal in that they would have more room to play and do activities in the room.  I know that it would be best if my two boys had separate rooms; but it’s all we got for now.  In our bathroom, I would like to be able to use Moen faucets and fixtures. Our current bathroom design is just a bit dull. Oh, I do have a lot more ideas; but I think I’ll keep them for now. And maybe discuss them some other time.

As I open my yahoo account today to read my emails, a shark with wide open mouth photo in one of the yahoo news list catch my attention. The news is about the missing who said to be attacked by shark. I though it’s only in the movie that I’ve watch shark will eat human! Haha silly thinking.. Read this..
Searchers reported at least two shark sightings in an area where a missing West Australian man is believed to have been attacked.
The crew of a sea volunteer rescue boat and a helicopter rescue team had both sent back reports of a large shark in Warnbro Sound Bay, off Rockingham, south of Perth, said one of the search coordinators, Sergeant Michael Wear.
Brian Guest, 51, is feared to have been taken by a shark at Cote D’Azure Gardens, about 8km south of Rockingham, while snorkelling with his 24-year-old son at about 7am on Saturday.
The father of three was a local resident who worked in the banking industry and was an avid diver and fisherman, family spokesman and police officer Steve Kent said.
Sgt Wear said the shark sightings were made while divers, up to nine boats, three helicopters and a surf life saving response team on jet skis were looking for Mr Guest.
He said the search area had been covered up to four times on Saturday in an area 32 miles (50km) out to sea, to the edge of a reef that runs along the coast.
Parts of a wetsuit worn by Mr Guest had been found near the scene of the attack, he said.
“There were the two reports of a big shark that came back to us. Whether it was the same shark they saw and whether it was the shark that attacked Mr Guest, who knows?” Sgt Wear said.
He said the search had been scaled back to about five boats late on Saturday and would be called off later in the night if there were no sightings, before being resumed at about 7am (WST) on Sunday.
He said it was “a sad” situation that did not offer much hope for Mr Guest’s family.
Sgt Wear said Mr Guest’s son had seen his father taken by the shark.
“The gentleman and his son went snorkelling and weren’t that far from the water’s edge,” Sgt Wear said.
“He has heard his dad yell out. He turned around and has actually seen the shark and has seen a heap of blood in the water.
“He immediately got to shore and raised the alarm.”

Yesterday was Boxing Day and there was a huge sale in all department stores everywhere. I don’t feel like shopping and I don’t want to buy anything. So we decided to go to the beach with my family. We had fun at St.Kilda beach. After an hour fun in the beach, we decided to have fun at Luna Park which is just located near the beach. Luna park is an amusement park where you can enjoy all kinds of fun rides. I love rides as well as my kids. Yesterday was a double fun day for us. Today we went to the City and go for shopping. I can’t find any item to buy. I mean I didn’t find anything pleasing to my eyes. I was just tired window shopping and looking around. Sale is still on going and I just bough clothes and shoes for my kids and hubby bought something for him. I’m really not in the mood to spend something for myself. There were times before that was like this. I supposed to love shopping but it’s strange that I lost interest.
By the way, here’s one photo of the fun rides yesterday. Visit my flickr.com for more.

Most people think that gold is the most precious mineral there is, but the truth is there are other metals and stones that are probably dearer than gold itself. Gold is widely accepted and since its being traded, it is widely known. Platinum and diamond are much more expensive than gold; but they are normally circulated less than gold.
Titanium is another metal that is rarely mentioned, but is probably at par with gold.  Gold is often made into jewelries, and accessories. So now a days, it would be common to see titanium rings being worn by a few.  Just like gold, it is a metal that does not rust; but it is more valuable than iron or ordinary steel or any other metal used for jewelry. They even combine titanium with precious stones like diamonds.
You’d think that titanium would only be a good item for Christmas; but it isn’t just for that. You have to see titanium wedding bands to believe that they are common now. And don’t get me wrong. Jewelry made with titanium is not dull and boring. In fact, they are probably one of the more classy ones that you’ll find. A titanium necklace would really look nice on me now; but I’ll have to wait for my hubby to think about it first.

Have you finished wrapping your presents for your honey, kids, etc? Does it cost too much, medium or cheap? Oh well, expensive gifts is not important. It’s the thoughts that counts and more than material things is the LOVE that we have in our heart not just for Christmas but in our every day life.
You wanna laugh? OK let me share this simple joke I found somewhere…
After being away on business for a week before the Christmas Holiday, Bob thought it would be nice to bring his wife a gift.
“How about some perfume?” he asked the cosmetics woman at the Department Store. So, she showed him a bottle of $50 perfume.
“That’s a bit much,” said Bob. The woman then returned with a smaller bottle costing $30.
Bob complained, “That’s still a lot of money.”
Growing disgusted, the woman brought out her smallest little bottle of $15 perfume.
Bob grew even more restless and replied, “No no… What I mean is I’d like to see something really cheap!”
So the clerk handed him a mirror!!
