Healthy Grilling

Do you own a George Foreman grill? We do and we love it. I use it all the time for healthy grilling. I was amazed at how fast it cooked everything. However, I hate to admit that our model is a little older. The new models do so much more that I really want to get a new one. The new g-broil grill has removable plates that can be placed in the dish washer for easier cleaning. I wish everyone a Blessed and Happy New Year. I know I haven't been online much lately. We have been spending time with family and friends. All my online time has been chatting with my family back home in the Philippines. I hope to be blogging more since the holidays are over, but since I'm in the last trimester of my pregnancy, it seems all I want to do is sleep. Speaking of sleep, I'm going back to bed.

Back to Work

My husband has enjoyed his holiday time off from work, but it's back to work today. I'm sure he wishes he didn't have to go in today. Many of his co-workers are off this week, but my husband works because he uses his vacation time to carry me to the doctor. It's a short work week for my husband and he will have a four day weekend just like last week. Speaking of doctors appointments, we have one Wednesday afternoon. I'm ready to give birth and get this baby out of me, but we have 9 weeks left to go. I';m tired of always hurting and wanting to sleep all the time. I guess it will be soon enough, I hope to post more later. My son demands my time.

Merry Christmas

The first thing my son did when he woke up this morning (he's still young enough that we woke him up) was that he looked out his window and he told me told me that he missed Christmas. I asked him what he meant and he said he did not see Santa Claus and he missed Christmas. I said that we need to go look the Christmas tree and see if Santa came. Since we woke him up, it took a few minutes for everything to register as he was still disoriented. Anyway, it didn't take very long for him to get in the spirit of things.

Touring the Hospital

Today we toured the hospital where we will be having the baby. We had to take a epidural class if I want the option of of having one. I did not like watching the video and I'm thinking that I really don't want them putting a needle and catheter in my back. We got to see a birthing room and they look just like a regular bedroom. The last thing we did was a pre-admission, so when the big day comes it will speed up the process of admission. Now all we have left is to figure out the name for our soon to be born son.

Wow,I'm so excited. My husband found this video of the new Wolverine movie. He showed it to me and we were both so happy. It's coming next May and I not sure if we can wait because we rally both loved the X-men movies. Just check it out and see wait you think.
