This is the full quote from Tom Bodett: In school, you're taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you're given a test that teaches you a lesson. That rings true to a variety of situations. For example, how else is this poor guy supposed to know that his honesty is not appreciated?

Wouldn't it be so darn boring if we were all the same? hell yea. Its better to be a hot green bear than to be like just the rest of 'em brown bears. In order to reach the top you need to stand out from everyone else.
