I'm from Krississippi
I think someone should invent a chip that could be used to BLOG by directly uploading from my brain... 'cause I seem CONFUSED.
MORE ABOUT ME...
As of this post, I am 63 posts shy of meeting the “365 posts in 2008” challenge.
Technically, the rules say I don’t need to have all 365 posts on one blog, so I suppose if you count various other posts on My Kidney Blog and a tiny few on my A World of Adoption blog and my old LiveJournal, then I’m sure I’ve already passed the 365 post mark.
But I really want(ed) to get all 365 posts on this blog -I may just make up some random stuff in the next week or so just to meet the challenge.
In the meantime, have you been wondering why I haven’t been blogging? Let’s just say I’ve had some major changes to the way I feel about blogging, and it also hasn’t helped that my interest to write has slumped, lately.
I’ve been blogging for 8 solid years and I’ve finally run out of steam.
Meanwhile, my interests in other social media/new media gathering places has perked up. I’ve been spending a lot more time on Twitter and Seesmic (and I have a budding interest in 12seconds.tv, too) than I have pounding out my thoughts on a keyboard.
Meh.

I know this is an American Idol song (and I’m not at all a fan of the show) but lately I can’t get it out of my head. I listened to it a lot while I was in CA the last few weeks.
Here’s to you, Mr. Pants: Shall your nights be cooler, your thoughts clearer, and your dreams calmer.
“And when it’s late at night you can look inside
You won’t feel so alone”

An EXTRA SPECIAL Thanks to Kevin for putting together the opening video on the thread - we couldn’t have made this come true without you, Kevin. Mad love!
