- Do you have any disabilities that affect your creativity?
- I have been diagnosed with Bipolar for 30 years. I guess it affects my creativity but is hard to compare since I have no experience of not having bipolar! At college being a bit manic ment I could stay up all night writing essays and meet the deadlines but getting too manic makes everything more chaotic rather than creative in my experience.

So that bloke is your friend on myspace eh? My mate Liz has one of Bob Marley's sons as a friend on myspace. I think it is all a bit of hype to get their profiles raised but then I am ever the sceptic!!!
Trying to get motivated as I have a trainee social worker coming to visit me today at 3pm but all I want to do is go back to sleep. Bad isn't it?
Will check out the new salesroom group. Will join at some point but I need to make more cards first. I managed 2 yesterday and am hoping that on Friday I will make some more.

Pavlova sounds perfect to me. It counts as cake in my book. That is the book of all things delicious that look or taste a bit like cake :>)
Dad has got back to his flat. For how long, I don't know but from what his friend says he is up to his old tricks again. Tricks I am refusing to get involved in.
I have focussed on me tonight and had a delicious take away. Yes, it was naughty but I am worth it. Ha!
Talking about birdies. I bought a big bag of high energy nuts (so it said on the packet front) which I have been chucking up on the top of the shed for our feathery friends. The last week must have been pretty tough on them.
As I wrote to Azzi think I am suffering worry lag. I haven't even had the energy or desire to blog on my own blog. I am finding it all a bit too futile.
Will check out new blogs on the cafe.

Having a night at friend's place as needed to get away from mine. Will update you...via email..when I am calmer place viz a vie going's on in the fam. Too txatted off at present.
Got to walk about in lots of snow today. That was pretty good and doc gave me a month's supply of lozees. They will come in handy.
