Keep You Healthy and Fit: Acai Berry Supplements
Do you believe in natural supplements? Oh, it’s a direct question – I should first ask how many of you look at your health carefully and see your body gets proper supplements. In the month of Sept, I have seen my skin going dry leaving spots behind and after visit to the Doc; it turned out to be lack of some of the supplements and few hours of sleep than needed my body. See, getting addicted to blogging is dangerous; that I could not really keep a watch on my sleep or nutrients my body is starving for.
I did not go with tablets but I preferred to go with natural supplements then. My friend from Malaysia given me a powder extracted from natural resources that would act as multi-vitamin for my body. I prefer to note down such things and write around it to let the world around me know what I come across. I had published a post around natural anti aging cream and some other good posts in health section of this blog.
There are many natural products that we are not aware of, and many of them are extracts of some or the other fruits that are rare to find. When I told you that I used the Malaysian powder, it’s a clear fact that I would need to dependent on them for the supply, and I might not get it else where. Thanks to the companies that make them commercial products and launch them to make it available world wide. You can have a look at this product that is made for weight loss, reduce your tummy and keep yourself fit.

The supplements I am talking about are Acai berry supplements. These are known to be consumed in ancient years to increase to natural resistance to diseases (I sometimes can’t believe how rich our history was, Ain’t we losing that shine and richness day by day!) and today they are used for health benefits like even weight loss, overall fitness. This acai berry fruit is found only in the rainforests of Brazil and the natives have been consuming the berry for its healthy benefits. As we see, now it’s not possible to really get the berries readily available as fruits, but with the world coming together - today the extract is available in packaged Acai juice, capsule and powder. And consuming the extract in any form can give you ample health benefits.
The people who consume it normally take the supplement about only twice a week with breakfast, not even everyday. But you can if you are suggested to. Moreover the medical studies around it have shown that there are no side effects associated with the consumption of acai berry. It’s just better if you consult with your physician before consuming one to avoid any allergy reactions in case you are allergic to berry fruits.
My intention to bring this in front is to have as many people benefit from it as we can. I don’t have couple of more names of such supplements off hand, but I would certainly try and reach out my friends to know the names and information around it to share with you in future.
Sphere: Related ContentKanye West Lip-Synching?
Kanye West is well-known for two things: his awesome rapping and his arrogance. The guy’s music is so intensely good it (almost) justifies his God complex. Every time the rapper gets onstage at some awards show and accepts one statue by claiming he should have won another one, we usually have to agree. West has encouraged us to expect such a superhuman level of perfection from him, it was inevitable he would one day not be able to meet it.
That day was last Saturday, when West performed on Saturday Night Live. Dude did not sound good. He was more American Idol blooper reel than Grammy-winning polished performer. So what was the problem? Well, it had something to do with the Auto-Tune feature–you know the part of “Love Lockdown” where he sings about a system overload and losing control? Well, he was living it! And it was also pretty clear that when he got to the high notes, he pulled away from the mic and let an offstage singer handle the tough stuff. The bottom line is that we saw behind the curtain of Kanye West’s seemingly impenetrable awesomeness. So was it satisfying to witness the world’s most egocentric rapper all exposed on national television? No, no it was not. People were outraged. How dare he…sound so bad!
The outrage was so intense that it morphed into a bizarre lip-synching accusation. Instead of blaming Kanye West for putting on a sub-par performance, people attacked him for revealing that all those robotic tweaks in his songs are not, you know, organically produced. (Um, guys, there’s no Santa Claus, either).
We say the scandal is not that Kanye lip-synched through a live TV performance, but that he failed to lip-synch through a live TV performance. If he’d had all the right bells and whistles on board, we would have been all like, “Wow, this rules,” rather than all like, “Wow, this hurts our ears.” Just sayin’.

Sphere: Related ContentRobert Pattinson appearance causes increase in Orland Square Mall security
BY BILL ZWECKER Sun-Times Columnist
Given the riots in San Francisco surrounding a mall appearance by ‘‘Twilight’’ star Robert Pattinson, the Orland Park Police Department has geared up for the actor’s scheduled appearance early Wednesday evening at Orland Square Mall.
In addition, the mall’s own security force is said to be ‘‘totally ready’’ for the expected hordes of tween and teen girls, who make up the bulk of fans for the Twilight saga of books, penned by Stephanie Meyer.
On Monday, a similar event in San Francisco got crazy when an expected 300-500 attendees swelled to more than 3,000. Things got out of control — during one of many disputes about places in line, one girl was seriously injured and others were trampled, but did not require hospitalization — and Pattinson’s appearance was canceled.
However, a similar appearance in Seattle came off without incident — ‘‘and that’s what we expect here,’’ said a Chicago representative for Summit Entertainment, the studio distributing ‘‘Twilight.’’
Pattinson himself seems reluctant to take up the mantle of celebrity his role as the handsome vampire Edward Cullen is sure to bring, once the film opens Nov. 21. In an interview with the Sun-Times on Sunday in Los Angeles, Pattinson said, ‘‘That whole thing about being a star or being a celebrity makes me uncomfortable. I love acting, but the rest of it can be bit unnerving.
Since he co-starred in a couple of ‘‘Harry Potter’’ films, Pattinson said he looked to Daniel Radcliffe as the role model for dealing with success.
‘‘Daniel’s handled it all so beautifully. And he’s had to deal with far more stuff than I likely ever will.’’
However, that could change if, as predicted, the ‘‘Twilight’’ film spawns another franchise, which Hollywood hopes will be a ‘‘Harry Potter’’ for girls.
Pattinson is scheduled to sign autographs at the Hot Topics store in the Orland Square Mall, beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday. That will be followed by a Q&A session in the mall’s main atrium, beginning at 7:30 and expected to last about a half-hour

David Beckham’s marriage ‘pressure’
David Beckham admits his marriage is under ‘pressure’.
The soccer star says both he and his wife Victoria find it tough being under constant scrutiny, but adds their three sons - Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six and three-year-old Cruz - helps put things in perspective.
He said: ‘We have quite a lot of pressure, honestly, as a couple. But we’ve had that since we first started going out, so we’ve got used to it over the years. We have a way of working through it by looking out for each other.
‘Having children around takes all the pressure away. Either of us could have had the worst day at work, but it doesn’t matter because then you come home and see your sons smiling.’
David added being a father is ‘amazing’ and has changed his priorities entirely, but he is determined to give his children normal lives.
He added to Britain’s OK! magazine: ‘You just have to try to be as normal as possible - not just for us but for our children. It’s hard, but they’re the important ones.’

Kirsten Dunst became depressed because she was ‘dependent on other people’s approval’.
The ‘Spider-Man’ actress checked into Utah’s Cirque Lodge treatment facility - which counts Lindsay Lohan and Eva Mendes among its former patients - in February to be treated for depression, which she claims was brought on by her need to please others.
She said: ‘When you spend your entire life as a child actress, being told where to go and where to stand, you’re performing constantly for people. It definitely breeds the kind of person who’s dependent on other people’s approval.
‘If I’d trusted myself and listened to myself all the times that I ignored myself, I would have been fine. But everyone has to learn their lesson, and now I’ve got it.’
The 26-year-old star, who was treated at the facility for several weeks, is now feeling ‘great’ but is wary of talking about her experience too much.
She explained to America’s Harper’s Bazaar magazine : ‘I’m great. I don’t want to go into too much detail because I give a quote and then it’s blogged about for the rest of my life on the internet.’
The actress also laughed off rumours she is dating Drew Barrymore’s ex-boyfriend Justin Long, claiming she barely even knows him.
She said: ‘Those rumours are the funniest thing on planet Earth. I don’t know him from Adam. I met him once and he and his friend were kind enough to walk me home. I’ve never seen him since.’
