Entrecard.com encourages the networking of internet entrepreneurs, and offers a small reward for doing so in the form of an Entrecard credit. These credits are used to purchase advertising space for your card on other blogs and websites in our network.

We make no guarantee to the availability of advertising or the availability of Entrecard credits. We reserve the right to adjust the credits in the economy as a whole, as a percentage increase or decrease equally across the entire network.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and we are not liable for any unlawful use of your account, by yourself or others who gain access to your account, with or without your permission.

You are solely responsible for the content of the website you publish your Entrecard widget on or link your Entrecard to. We assume no liability for any harm that may come from said content, nor do we assume liability for the content of blogs publishing our widget.

By submitting an image to Entrecard for inclusion in our service, you grant Entrecard a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the image.

We reserve the right to delete any account at any time for any reason. We will delete accounts that represent websites not in English, websites that are generally offensive or pornographic, websites that can be classified as spam, and any website that de-values our network in any way.

Entrecard does not represent or endorse any website participating in our service. It is your sole responsibility to examine sites wishing to run their card on your widget, and decide for yourself whether you want to link to their site through the widget. We are not responsible for the content of any website you may visit through an Entrecard you receive.

By using the Entrecard service, you agree not to violate any applicable laws. We are not liable for any violations of trademark law, copyright law, or any other laws.

Entrecard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. In such an event you will be notified four days prior via the email address associated with your user account.

By using our service, you agree not to hold us liable for anything. except as required by law.
