If you are a short story writer, poet or photographer please consider joining Americymru and submitting an entry in the relevant Eisteddfod competition category. In addition to the Eisteddod prizes there are opportunities for backlinks, further promotion, cash prizes etc. Americymru is a Welsh American heritage site BUT you do not need to be Welsh or of Welsh heritage to take advantage of this offer. Just indicate when joining that you are here to participate in the Eisteddfod in the 'About Me' field on the signup form. The Eisteddfod is an international online competition and all writers, poets and photographers are welcome to compete. It is expected that the majority of submissions will be in English. English and Welsh languge submissions are judged in a separate category.
