My name is Dawn, otherwise known as @PainterMommy on Twitter. My blog address is www.PainterMommy.com. I am a mother of 3 little ones (ages 5, 3, & 9 months). I am also 7 months pregnant with #4. Prior to starting Painter Mommy, I blogged for a few years but only about mural painting and faux finishing for my NY based decorative painting business, Surfaces with Paint. Once I started building virtual relationships online with other moms through social networking, I was introduced to the world of mom blogging. I immediately fell in love, and from there, Painter Mommy was born. I really wanted a place to be able to share about my life as a busy mom, multiple business owner, and entrepreneur. I really had no idea that it would grow so quickly and that people would actually find interest in what I wrote about. It has been so exciting to share about my life’s experiences, my triumphs and struggles, and then receive awesome words of advice, compassion, and encouragement from my readers. It has also been a privilege to get connected with companies to do product reviews and offer great giveaways. I am realizing more and more that these major companies truly value the opinions of moms and I am honored to be able to be a part of that. Some subjects that I am passionate about are: parenting, pregnancy, organizational tips & ideas, faith & inspiration, WAHM, small business, social media, and much more.
