Prepping Pumpkin
Today I decided to finally cook one of my big pumpkins from the garden! I made roasted pumpkin seeds and will make puree for muffins, pie and bread. Mmmmmm. Only one of my pumpkin halves would fit in my oven at a time. So here's where we are so far!
