You never know what Lin is going to write about or where her texts are going, but she writes in a way that makes you want to read more. Lin writes about simple, everyday things, such as her family, her workmates and her pets, but in a light that makes them all very special. Lin calls her cat, Hobbes, "47 lbs. of stripey goodness".
